One uploaded agreement, including its schedules and annexes, reviewed once. Re-running the same document after a counterparty returns a new version does not consume a second credit for thirty days, so a four-round negotiation costs one document, not four.

Review continues. Additional documents are billed at the overage rate shown in the table and appear as a separate line on the next invoice. Nothing is blocked mid-negotiation, and administrators can set a monthly spend ceiling that triggers an alert rather than a hard stop.

Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period so you keep what you paid for. There is no exit fee and no minimum term on monthly billing.

Clauzy Technologies B.V. acts as processor for the documents you upload. A standard DPA incorporating the current Standard Contractual Clauses is available on every plan, and Enterprise customers may negotiate amendments with our counsel before signature.

Card and SEPA direct debit for Professional and Business. Enterprise customers can pay against invoice on thirty-day terms with a purchase order reference. Invoices are issued in euro, pound sterling or US dollar.
